Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Whilst our volunteer editors will do their best to ensure our events listings are as up to date and accurate as possible; with the fast pace of how things are changing, it is inevitable that some will slip through the net. If you are planning on travelling for larger events, we would recommend that you contact the venues directly to avoid disappointment. We are putting in place new measures to give event organisers a friendly reminder to see if they wish to remove cancelled events, so we're sorry if it looks a bit bare in here :(

If you, or any of your party have a new persistant cough, or develop a fever of 38C, we would instead advise you to use the NHS's dedicated website for free, professional advice.

Stonham Barns Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday Car Boots and Knucklebusters at the Barns Show 30th/31th August 2026

Another good one last Sunday and this weekend we have the Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday Car Boots and Knuckle Busters at the Barns Show on at the same time on Sunday 30th August followed by Stonham Barns Bank Holiday Monday Car Boot on the 31st August when the Car Boot is open again and I imagine many from the Car Show will still be there. The week after that we have Ford Fanatics on the 6th September 2026. The list of shows running at the same time as the Car Boot is further down as we have 4 in a row of shows every Sunday starting from 20th September till 11th October 2026.

Covered stalls are available for every Sunday & Bank Holiday Mondays and include a guaranteed main field pitch near the toilets and food area. You can park directly behind your stall. They're popular and handy when shade is needed. To book, text 07817 539168. Everyone else just turn up on the day no booking needed. The cost is £13 and that includes your vehicle behind them.

Covered stalls do go quite quickly especially when it’s warm.

Are you interested in starting a new sport? Maybe you want some exercise? Maybe you want to meet new people?
Then KORFBALL is for you!!!!
Korfball is a fast paced, exciting team sport with some similarity to Basketball or Netball. The great thing is that the teams are mixed, 4 men and 4 women play on the same team with the aim of scoring a โ€˜goalโ€™ through a basket mounted on a 3.5m pole.
Cambridge City Korfball Club play on Tuesdays 8-10pm at Kelsey Kerridge, near Parkerโ€™s Piece, Cambridge, and we invite anyone to come along and have a go โ€“ the first time is free so you can see if you like it. There are always numerous beginners around so you should never feel out of your depth.
We also welcome previous players so if you have played before and feel like starting again, then come along.
